Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published latest recruitment notification 2013 for filling up 22006 Constable  / General Duty vacancies in Assam Rifles, Border Security, Central Industrial Security Force, Central Reserve Police Force, Indo Tibetan Border Police and Sashastra Seema Bal. Candidates who have completed Matriculation (10th Class) from a recognized institution , can apply for these posts.

Recruitment of Constable / GD (Male) For the Year 2013-2014 in CAPFS:

1. Assam Rifles : 1657 posts
2. Border Security Force : 3245 posts
3. Central Industrial Security Force : 900 posts
4. Central Reserve Police Force : 10793 posts
5. Indo Tibetan Border Police Force : 168 posts
6. Sashastra Seema Bal : 765 posts

Recruitment of Constable / GD (Female) For the Year 2013-2014 in CAPFS:

1. Assam Rifles : 192 posts
2. Border Security Force : 800 posts
3. Central Industrial Security Force : 100 posts
4. Central Reserve Police Force : 854 posts
5. Indo Tibetan Border Police Force : 662 posts

Proforma for Furnishing Vacancy Position in Respect of Constable / GD Male & Female of B.G. Districts of CAPF for the Year 2013-2014: 

1. Assam Rifles : 416 posts
2. Border Security Force : 48 posts
3. Central Industrial Security Force  : 811 posts
4. Central Reserve Police Force : 200 posts
5. Indo Tibetan Border Police : 42 posts
6. Sashastra Seema Bal : 166 posts

Required Qualifications:  10th Class (Matriculation) pass from a recognized board / university.

Physical Standards:

a) Height: For Males : 170cms & For Females : 157cms
b) Chest : For males only Unexpanded : 80cms & Expanded : Min expansion 5cms
c) Weight: For males and Females: Proportionate to height and age as per medical standars

Application Fee : Rs. 50/- pay through CRF Stamp or SBI Challan or Online payment through account with the State Bank of India.

No fee for all Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation.

Part A: General Intelligence and Reasoning, Number of Questions : 25 & Maximum Marks : 25

Part B: General Knowledge and General Awareness, Number of Questions : 25 & Maximum Marks : 25

Part C: Elementary Mathematics, Number of Questions: 25 & Maximum Marks : 25
Part D: English / Hindi, Number of Questions: : 25 & Maximum Marks: 25

Duration / Time Allowed : Two Hours 10.00 A.M to 12.00 Noon
