Educational Qualifications & Age limit : Refer Notification
Application Fee : Rs. 100/- in the form of Bank Challan in any branch of Bank of India OR in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Delhi State Health Mission and Application fee is not required for SC / ST Ex-Servicemen and Physically Handicapped, subject to submission of Caste / Disability / Discharge Certificate in the prescribed form from Appropriate Authority in support of his / her claim.
